The Faculty Development Programme was successfully conducted on 06 July 2024. The programme was inaugurated in the presence of Hon. Chairman Chandrakant Yeole Sir, Respected Shyam Kulkarni Sir, Resource Person Mr. Jatin Chandrana, Ass.AO Aarti Bangad and Principals Amanpreet Kaur Dumda and Pravin Malli
Morning Session:
Mr. Jatin Chandrana discussed the concept of education, learning, and teaching, highlighting the importance of change and domains of learning (interactive, communication, and cognitive). He shared his knowledge through a power-point presentation, examples, and quizzes, engaging participants and creating interest.
Afternoon Session:
Mr. Jatin Chandrana emphasized the importance of communication, mindsets, role and responsibilities, and information process in teaching, sharing motivational stories. He focused on how teachers can develop students' subject knowledge, mind, and personality, and provided ideas on creating interest among students and fulfilling institute missions.
